Catherine Benavidez-Anderson – Injury Management Organization
Catherine Benavidez-Anderson, is the founder and CEO of Injury Management Organization, Inc. (IMO). Tammy Bradly – Coventry
Tammy is a solutions oriented product development professional with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her expertise includes medical case management, disability management, and the integration of health, disability, and workers’ compensation. Tammy has a proven success in the creation, implementation and delivery of clinical products and services. She is experienced in communicating with both internal and external customers to assess their business needs. Tammy and enjoys working with highly motivated and skilled professionals in the development of creative solutions that deliver strategic value for the customer.
As Vice President of Clinical Product Development, Tammy is responsible for strategic planning and product development for all clinical products including Coventry’s 24/7 nurse line, care management, return to work, IME, utilization review and physician advisor services. Tammy holds several national certifications, including certified case manager (CCM), certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC), certified program disability manager (CPDM) and certified in critical incident stress management (CISM).
Steven Clark – Select Medical Corp.
Steven is currently a Regional Director of WorkStrategies for Select Medical Corp. He is originally from Houston, Texas. Steven graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. He joined the Select Medical Therapy in 1995 and has worked in both the inpatient and outpatient settings treating neurological, spinal cord, orthopedic, hand, and industrial patients. He received training in FCEs, ergonomics, job analysis, post-offer employment testing, and developed a specialization in industrial prevention and rehabilitation programs.
Steven works with clinical staff in furthering their education and skills in the delivery of industrial services. He also works on-site with employers assisting in the development of injury prevention and return-to-work programs. He is also a regular speaker at local and regional conferences on many topics related to industrial rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Dr. Walter Holmsten – RediMD
Dr. Walter R. Holmsten is a native Texan who was born and raised in the Houston area and graduated from Memorial High School. He majored in Biochemistry and Pre-med at the University of Texas Austin and graduated with honors in 1996. He then did his medical training at the University of Texas Medical Branch of Galveston. He is Board Certified in Family Practice with concentration in Occupational Medicine and is certified to do Impairment Ratings for the Texas Department of Insurance. He has been practicing family and occupation medicine since 2004. He has 20 years’ experience in telemedicine and has conducted more than 20,000 telemedicine visits since joining RediMD in 2008.
